Operational partner to the founders, building our systems-house sales engine in Rhine-Main.

We're an owner-led systems house from Hanau in build-up phase. We support medium-sized companies of 50–250 employees in Rhine-Main with server operations, workplace, cloud and AI packages. As our first BD assistant you'll build sales and customer care from scratch.

What you'll do:

  • Market analysis: identify target customers in Rhine-Main, focused by industry (engineering, finance, law firms)
  • Customer acquisition: outreach, lead qualification, appointment scheduling
  • Existing-customer care: first point of contact, quarterly reviews, cross-sell signals
  • Partner management: Wortmann, Microsoft, Hornetsecurity — co-marketing budgets, scheduling
  • Administration: organising the founders' day-to-day
  • Project support: operational support for bundle sales processes

What you bring:

  • Commercial education or comparable qualification
  • Fluent German and English
  • Strong communication, enjoys customer contact
  • Self-organised, structured way of working
  • Eager to learn, flexible
  • Affinity for IT/software topics
  • Self-driven, proactive

Nice to have:

  • +First B2B-sales or IT-channel experience
  • +Microsoft 365 or IT-infrastructure basics
  • +Mid-market or small-company background
